About the Role
We are looking for an HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. You will work closely with our founders, internal team, and clients, gaining exposure to real-world hiring and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Source and engage candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels.
- Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data, and reports.
- Assist in preparing Job Descriptions and other HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR and operational activities as required.
