About the Role
Realty Rise Group (RRG) is looking for an experienced Real Estate Relationship Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client handling skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful closures, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide expert property consultation.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial projects.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management and customer handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
