SLBS is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Student Engagement Executive to inspire, motivate, and support students throughout their learning journey. The ideal candidate should have a background in Psychology and be capable of conducting motivational sessions and organizing student engagement activities that enhance student participation, confidence, and overall campus experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct motivational and personal development sessions for students.
Plan, organize, and execute student engagement programs, workshops, and interactive activities.
Encourage active student participation and foster a positive learning environment.
Identify student concerns and provide appropriate guidance and motivation.
Coordinate with faculty and management to improve student engagement and satisfaction.
Support students in building confidence, communication skills, and a positive mindset.
Monitor student participation and submit regular engagement reports.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology.
candidates with minimum 1years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, counseling, and motivational abilities.
Ability to organize events and manage student activities effectively.
Positive attitude, empathy, and passion for working with students.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
