Shift Supervisor

Position Details

 Position: Shift Supervisor

 Level: Engineer

 Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain

 Location: Plant / Warehouse

 Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

Role Purpose

 Lead shift-wise warehouse operations ensuring execution discipline, manpower

productivity, and SLA adherence across all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

 Allocate manpower and monitor shift productivity.

 Ensure timely kitting and material supply to production.

 Track dispatch timelines and avoid delays.

 Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates.

 Drive safety, 5S, and compliance.

 Manpower Productivity

 Damage / Loss %

 Shift SLA Adherence

Skills & Competencies

 Strong leadership and team handling

 ERP system knowledge (SAP/QAD)

Experience & Qualification

 Diploma / Graduate

 3–6 years’ experience in warehouse operations and in manufacturing background
