Role Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and strengthening the company’s brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and content creation. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, audience engagement, and measurable digital performance such as reach, views, likes, and subscriber growth across platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Creation & Positioning
- Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define brand identity, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in branding across digital and offline channels.
- Monitor brand perception and take corrective actions when required.
Marketing Strategy & Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Identify target audience segments and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Drive promotional activities to increase brand awareness and recall.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product/service promotion.
Strategic Content Creation
- Design content strategy including posts, blogs, creatives, and videos.
- Develop engaging, relevant, and high-quality content aligned with brand voice.
- Plan content calendars for campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure content supports lead generation and brand engagement goals.
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish posts and video content regularly.
- Monitor trends and leverage them for increased engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Digital Performance & Growth
- Drive growth in followers, subscribers, and overall audience base.
- Increase reach, impressions, views, likes, shares, and engagement rates.
- Optimize content based on performance analytics.
- Use SEO, hashtags, and digital tools to improve visibility.
Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare periodic reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Identify improvement areas and implement corrective strategies.
- Use insights to refine future campaigns.
Video & Creative Marketing
- Conceptualize and oversee creation of marketing videos and reels.
- Ensure high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand identity.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and external agencies if required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
