Social Media Intern – Interior Design

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to manage and create content for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling to project sites at short notice to capture ongoing work, design details, installations, and behind-the-scenes content.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites and shoot photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
- Capture Reels, Instagram Stories, walkthroughs, before & afters, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create engaging social media content showcasing interior design, materials, furniture, and site progress.
- Edit short-form videos/Reels using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Follow current social media trends and develop creative content ideas.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams to understand projects and capture important design elements.
- Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Assist with basic photography, videography, captions, hashtags, and content planning.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and social media trends.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Comfortable travelling to different project sites whenever required, sometimes on short notice.
- Willingness to shoot during site visits, installations, client meetings, and project handovers.
- Creative eye for interiors, architecture, furniture, styling, and visual presentation.
- Basic video/photo editing skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- A smartphone with a good camera is preferred.
Preferred
- Prior experience in interior design, architecture, lifestyle, furniture, or real estate content.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
- Portfolio or examples of Reels/content created previously.
Important
This role requires flexibility to visit project sites and shoot content whenever required. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent local travel and a dynamic work schedule.
