About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive E-commerce Manager to drive our brand’s growth across India’s top online marketplaces. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital sales strategy, taking full ownership of our marketplace presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Ajio.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and end-to-end sales strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Ajio.
Listing & Cataloging: Ensure all products are listed accurately with optimized titles, descriptions, A+ content, and high-quality images to maximize organic visibility and conversion rates.
Pricing & Margins: Take ownership of product pricing strategies. Closely monitor platform commissions, shipping fees, margin structures, and rebate programs to ensure healthy profitability.
Promotions & Campaigns: Plan, execute, and participate in major platform events (e.g., Big Billion Days, Prime Day, Myntra EORS) and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
Ads & Performance Marketing: Plan and manage marketplace advertising budgets (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.). Deeply analyze ad performance to optimize ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), TACoS, and overall ROAS.
Data Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on core marketplace metrics including traffic, conversion rates, buy-box win percentage, and return rates. Translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Proactive Strategy: Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, competitor pricing, and market trends to ensure our brand maintains a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations for consumer brands.
Platform Expertise: Proven track record of scaling revenue on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Ajio.
Analytical Prowess: Deep understanding of marketplace metrics, ad dashboards, and performance analytics. You should be highly comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets to crunch data.
Mindset: Highly proactive and self-motivated. You anticipate roadblocks and solve them before they impact sales.
Preferred Background
Industry Experience: A background in the Jewelry sector is highly preferred. Candidates with strong experience in the broader Fashion and Lifestyle categories (Clothing and Footwear) will also be strongly considered.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
