Sales Manager – Ambient Fragrance Solutions

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager – Ambient Fragrance Solutions to lead business development and expand our presence in the fragrance and scent marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, key account management, and client relationship development, with experience in fragrance, flavour, ambient scenting, HVAC scenting, or related industries.
This role requires a proactive professional capable of identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in sectors such as hospitality, retail, commercial spaces, healthcare, wellness, real estate, and corporate offices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations and fragrance development to deliver customized scenting solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic performance reports.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Ensure timely coordination of orders, installations, and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, business events, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the fragrance, flavour, aroma marketing, FMCG, hospitality solutions, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of key account management and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized professional.
- Experience in ambient scenting, HVAC fragrance systems, or experiential marketing solutions is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend customized fragrance solutions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹30,059.93 - ₹40,505.05 per month
