Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support day-today
operational tasks. The role is dynamic and requires coordination with internal teams, factory staff, and external stakeholders.
Experience required : 3-6 years
Work Location : Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Qualification : Graduate, HSC, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification, with relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, factory staff, and external parties such as vendors and buyers.
- Maintain and update stock records of materials and inventory.
- Prepare and share MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Generate and manage purchase orders using the company’s software system.
- Verify invoices and ensure accurate updating in the system.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding material status.
- Handle email communication with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
- Assist in various administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Adapt to a dynamic role and take initiative in handling responsibilities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software systems
