Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest check-in and check-out, supervise the front office team, and ensure smooth coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front office operations and ensure efficient daily functioning.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Welcome guests, assist with reservations, room allocations, and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise, train, and schedule front office staff.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and daily arrivals and departures.
- Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain guest records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
