Role Summary
The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients while ensuring smooth coordination of orders, communication, and service delivery. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership to maintain client satisfaction and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Account Management (60%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, order updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Track client requirements and ensure smooth communication between the client and operations team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and proactive support.
2. Order Coordination & Client Support (25%)
- Manage end-to-end order coordination from order confirmation to dispatch.
- Follow up with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and client documentation.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
3. Reporting & Process Support (15%)
- Maintain client data and order details in CRM or internal systems.
- Prepare periodic reports related to client orders and account activities.
- Support the management team with insights on client requirements and business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Client Account Management, Client Coordination, or Sales
Support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups effectively
- High sense of ownership and accountability
Good to Have:
- Experience working in a B2B trading or distribution company
- Exposure to CRM tools or order management systems
- Understanding of client servicing and relationship management
