About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our co-working spaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, and lead generation, along with a solid understanding of the co-working or commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy by acquiring new clients for co-working spaces.
- Generate qualified leads through corporate outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and manage B2B sales pipelines to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, brokers, channel partners, and business consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand occupancy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in the Co-working, Commercial Real Estate, Managed Office, or Workspace industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network among corporates, startups, real estate consultants, and brokers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
