HR Manager – FinTech
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
We are looking for an HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage employee engagement, HR policies, and documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and other HR processes.
- Handle basic administrative responsibilities as required.
- Work closely with management to maintain a positive and productive work culture.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations and recruitment.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Candidates from the FinTech/Financial Services industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
