We’re Hiring | Electrical Draftsman
Noster Associates Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman to join our MEP and turnkey project team in Trivandrum, Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
* Develop lighting layouts, lighting loop and control diagrams
* Prepare power socket layouts, circuiting and load schedules
* Prepare Fire Alarm System drawings and layouts
* Develop MEP Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) drawings
* Prepare electrical sections, elevations and detailed construction drawings
* Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, interior, HVAC, plumbing and other MEP services
* Prepare quantity take-offs and electrical estimates based on drawings
* Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant/client comments and project requirements
* Prepare as-built drawings where required
Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
* Good understanding of electrical systems and construction standards
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
* Ability to prepare detailed sections, elevations and construction details
* Understanding of electrical circuiting, distribution systems and load schedules
* Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out / turnkey projects is an advantage
* Good coordination and communication skills
