About Kalvium:
Kalvium is building India’s first university that works like a technology company. We embed inside
university campuses and run a 4-year CS degree program where students build real products, learn from
mentors (not lecturers), and graduate ready for the industry. 20+ campuses. 4,000+ students. One belief:

What You’ll Own:
Own two areas: (1) Developing technical understanding and depth for 2–3 CS courses. (2) Overall growth
and transformation of a cohort of ~25–30 students.
Your Role:
❖ Run daily sessions as per campus schedule — teaching CS courses, guiding coding
assignments,
❖ conducting live problem-solving.
❖ Run growth coaching sessions for cohorts. Track progress, flag at-risk students, identify
❖ interventions.
❖ Evaluate student submissions/assignments and provide actionable guidance.
❖ Maintain session discipline — attendance, punctuality, classroom energy.
Pre-requisites:
1) M.Tech / ME in Computer Science or related discipline
2) Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and at least one programming language
3) Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English
4) No prior teaching experience required — must want to teach/mentor
The Details:
❖ Compensation CTC on conversion: Fixed ₹4,50,000 p.a. + Retention Bonus ₹50,000 (Paid as
₹25,000 every 6 months) + ₹1,00,000 Learning Wallet.
❖ Probation: 3 months at ₹20,000/month; conversion on completion of Post Graduation (whichever is
later)
❖ Notice: 3 months. No exits during the ongoing academic semester. All exits will be effected by
Semester End.
❖ Location: University Campuses where Kalvium program is live
❖ Work Mode: Work from Campus (On-Site)
❖ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
❖ Timings: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
