- Supporting decision-making through numbers
- Creating financial control as we scale
You will work closely with the leadership team to bring structure, transparency, and efficiency into all financial operations.
Core Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records
- Manage:
- Sales entries
- Purchase entries
- Expenses tracking
- Bank reconciliations
- Ensure all entries are updated real-time or daily
2. GST & Compliance
- Handle complete GST compliance:
- GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Input credit reconciliation
- Vendor GST tracking
- Ensure compliance with:
- TDS filings
- Income tax requirements
- Other statutory regulations
3. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare:
- Monthly P&L statements
- Cash flow reports
- Expense analysis
- Build clear MIS reports for management decision-making
- Highlight:
- Leakages
- Cost inefficiencies
- Profitability insights
4. Cash Flow & Expense Control
- Monitor daily cash flow
- Track and control:
- Vendor payments
- Salaries
- Operational expenses
- Ensure financial discipline across departments
5. Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Manage vendor payments and reconciliation
- Coordinate with operations for:
- Inventory tracking
- Purchase validation
- Avoid:
- Over-ordering
- Stock mismatches
6. System & Process Building
- Improve and maintain accounting systems (Tally / Zoho Books / ERP)
- Create structured workflows for:
- Billing
- Expense approvals
- Payment cycles
- Ensure audit-ready records at all times
Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)
Within 3–6 months:
- 100% accurate and up-to-date books
- Zero compliance delays or penalties
- Clear monthly financial reports
- Strong control over expenses and cash flow
- Structured and scalable financial systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5+ years of experience in accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of:
- GST & TDS
- Accounting principles
- Financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with:
- Tally / Zoho Books / similar tools
- Excel (must be comfortable with reports)
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven
Bonus (Preferred)
- Experience in:
- Healthcare / clinic / retail business
- Multi-location accounting
- Exposure to audits and financial planning
