Leacon International is looking for a motivated and empathetic Student Counselor to guide students in choosing the right study abroad opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, counseling ability, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study abroad programs and universities.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable options.
- Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, academic counseling, sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
