Team Head – Skill
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Head to lead and manage a team within our growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in the EdTech industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving team performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance review sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes.
- Resolve escalations and support team members in achieving success.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Foster a positive, productive, and high-performance work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Prior experience in team leadership, supervision, or people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/LMS platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
