Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and coordinate the post-sales process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate documentation, token registration, KYC verification, collections, and customer coordination to ensure a seamless property booking and handover process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer relationship management throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- Coordinate and process token registrations and booking confirmations.
- Verify and maintain customer KYC documents as per company requirements.
- Collect and verify all necessary real estate documents from customers.
- Explain booking terms and conditions, payment schedules, and agreements to customers.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales, finance, and legal teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely collections and update customers on outstanding payments.
- Resolve customer queries related to documentation, payments, and the booking process.
- Prepare regular reports on customer status, collections, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM or Customer Relationship Management within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of token registration, KYC verification, collections, real estate documentation, and booking procedures.
- Familiarity with real estate agreements, payment schedules, and customer documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
