About the Role
Metapercept Technology Services LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Advisor Intern to join our legal team. This internship provides practical exposure to corporate legal processes, contract management, compliance, and legal research while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, labor, and commercial laws.
- Support contract management and documentation.
- Assist with compliance-related activities and regulatory filings.
- Maintain legal records and organize documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
- Provide administrative support for legal operations as required.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLM, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of corporate, contract, and labor laws.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
