About Us
The Arch International is a fast growing overseas education consultancy focused on Ireland and the UK. We help students with admissions, IELTS, visas, and complete study abroad guidance.
We are now looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of lead generation, branding, and performance marketing at scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate high quality student leads with strong CPL targets
- Plan and execute complete digital marketing strategy
- Improve landing page conversions and funnel performance
- Coordinate with counsellors and management team for lead quality feedback
- Handle social media growth and content strategy
- Create and manage creatives, reels, campaigns, and retargeting
- Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
- Optimize CRM and automation workflows where required
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization
- Good communication and execution skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced target driven environment
- Experience in education or study abroad industry is a major advantage
Bonus Skills
- SEO knowledge
- Video editing and creative strategy
- CRM automation experience
- Experience with GoHighLevel, WhatsApp automation, or landing pages
