Job Overview
We are looking for talented Script Writers / Quality Check Executives proficient in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada. The role involves creating, reviewing, and improving telecalling scripts used by our sales teams, while ensuring language accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness in customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and develop sales and promotional scripts in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Review and proofread scripts for grammar, spelling, and language accuracy.
- Conduct quality checks on scripts and communication materials used by telecalling teams.
- Ensure scripts are customer-friendly, engaging, and aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and training teams to understand product requirements.
- Modify and update scripts based on feedback, market trends, and campaign requirements.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
