The project:
This is a mixed-use project in Gurgaon.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Support feasibility and procurement, assisting with studies, strategies, contract selection, and reporting.
- Apply value management techniques and provide estimating and cost planning support to shape final cost plans.
- Assist procurement process, ensuring effective delivery across prequalification, analysis, selection, and contract preparation.
- Provide cost control support, preparing valuations, managing variations, and contributing to financial reporting.
- Contribute to project completion, supporting certificates, final accounts, and delivery of cost management services.
- Develop relationships and coach, collaborating with stakeholders, guiding junior roles, and supporting net zero carbon transition.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in the relevant field.
