Job Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the key link between R&D, marketing, QA, regulatory, and purchase teams to ensure alignment across product development stages.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between teams to avoid delays and miscommunication.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain complete product development documentation, including formulations, specifications, approvals, regulatory documents, and packaging records.
- Identify and research new packaging and vendors in coordination with the purchase team.
- Perform packaging feasibility assessments in collaboration with R&D and production.
- Research and explore innovative product concepts, ingredient trends, and market opportunities relevant to the D2C segment.
- Coordinate with the branding team, design agencies, and packaging suppliers for packaging development and execution.
- Evaluate product samples, document observations, and coordinate internal and external trials.
- Coordinate with CRO and consumer insight agencies to collect user feedback and analyze findings.
- Maintain project trackers and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in cosmetic science, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or product development coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of cosmetic regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong documentation, organization, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to ₹320,000.00 per year
