Position: HR Generalist
Location: Srinagar Kanyakumari Highway, Manoharabad, Medak, 502336
Qualification: B.Com/ MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Experience:3–4 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable)

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain HRMS records, employee documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll inputs and statutory HR compliance.
Coordinate manpower planning and hiring with department heads.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive employee relations.
Assist in performance management, training, and HR reporting.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and adherence to HR policies.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
