Description of Role:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – HRO (Hire-to-Retire) to lead end-to-end HR service delivery for global clients. This role requires strong expertise in HR Operations, service delivery management, stakeholder engagement, operational governance, and continuous process improvement. Candidates must possess professional German language proficiency (minimum B2 level) and excellent English communication skills to support German-speaking stakeholders.
This is a 100% Work From Office role based in Whitefield, Bangalore, supporting Central European business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (HRO) service delivery across assigned client accounts.
- Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver consistent, high-quality HR operational services while driving customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery, escalations, and operational governance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking clients and global stakeholders.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, operational reviews, and performance reporting.
- Ensure effective communication across delivery, HR, finance, security, and vendor teams.
Operational Excellence
- Lead transition, stabilization, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify automation and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and capability development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support workforce planning and resource optimization.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, audit standards, and security guidelines.
- Manage operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are implemented.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
QualificationsEducation
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Mandatory).
Experience
- 9–14 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR service delivery and client relationships.
- Strong experience in operational governance, SLA management, KPI reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in Global Capability Centers (GCC), Shared Services, or HR Outsourcing environments is preferred.
