We are looking for fresher graduates for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through calls for US clients. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining company standards.
Job Responsibilities involves following roles:
Answer to customer queries via calling in a timely and professional manner
Solve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Follow company guidelines and quality standard
Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Garaduates/Undergrad with exp can apply
Good written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills

Flexible to work in rotational night shifs
