customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely customer support.
- Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention.
- Assist in achieving customer service and business targets.
- Prepare customer feedback reports and suggest service improvements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
