Title: Back Office Executive – Chat/Email Support
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational offs
Cab Facility: Yes, both-side cab available as per hiring zone
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month
In-hand Salary: Up to ₹25,500 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Chat and Voice process is mandatory
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work from Office
Mandatory Skill: Amadeus knowledge is mandatory.
Job Description:
Handle customer queries through chat and email in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain records with proper accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure timely response and quality customer support.
Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality standards.
Requirements:
International Chat and Voice process experience is mandatory.
Amadeus knowledge is mandatory.
Strong written communication skills required.
Good typing speed and strong system handling skills required.
Candidate should be confident, professional, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
