Job Description – Mocktail Bartender
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Mocktail Bartender to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The candidate should have good knowledge of mocktail preparation, presentation skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve mocktails, beverages, and café drinks professionally
- Maintain beverage quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
- Handle customer orders and provide excellent guest service
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and workstation area
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Follow standard recipes and service procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Maintain proper grooming and professional behavior at all times
- Ensure timely service during busy operational hours
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender or Mocktail Bartender
- Good knowledge of mocktail preparation and beverage presentation
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Location: Sector 15, Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Shift: 9 Hours (Split Shift)
Weekly Off: Rotational
