Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-up activities, customer satisfaction initiatives, and database management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in Customer Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Prepare CRM reports and MIS reports.
- Track customer retention and engagement activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 years in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
