Job Summary
The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by welcoming guests, addressing their queries, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Maintain strong guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Manage guest feedback and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist in VIP guest handling and special arrangements.
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and policies.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and ongoing offers.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is an advantage.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
