- Calling to partners & schedule installations
- Calling to technician & align as per installation schedule
- Update photos on whatsup group as per requirements after installation
- Develop implementation plans and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Monitor project progress and make modifications as needed
- Ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline
- Perform risk assessments and determine mitigation strategies
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Create project documentation and maintain project files
