Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling, developing, and establishing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling the periodic maintenance and servicing of multiple weigh bridges under AMC contracts while ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of weighing system.
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Road Weigh Bridges, Rail Weigh Bridges, and Process Weighing Systems.
- Perform periodic inspection, calibration, and health checks of multiple weigh bridges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in load cells, weight transmitters, junction boxes, controllers, indicators and associated instrumentation.
- Responsible for maintaining AMC schedules, service reports, calibration records, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with customer maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled and emergency service activities.
- Attend site breakdowns within the committed response time and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Ensure proper functioning of Road Weigh Systems and Rail Weigh Bridges.
- Must have hands-on experience with weigh bridges, process weighing systems, and industrial weighing instrumentation.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring & panel troubleshooting.
- Preference will be given to local candidates from Visakhapatnam or nearby locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
