Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Production Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations for a large-scale Printing and Commercial Printing facility.
The ideal candidate should bring extensive expertise in production leadership, operational excellence, capacity planning, process optimization, and team management within the Printing Industry.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across the entire production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete plant operations including production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Drive production targets while maintaining quality, delivery commitments, and operational efficiency
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and plant resources
- Oversee printing, finishing, packaging, and dispatch operations
- Implement productivity improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, and process optimization strategies
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs and production performance metrics
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality standards
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality compliance, and company policies
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Senior Management teams
- Manage production MIS, capacity planning, forecasting, and operational reporting
- Lead large production teams and build a high-performance manufacturing culture
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory 20+ years of experience in the Printing Industry
- Proven experience managing large-scale production plants and manufacturing operations
- Strong expertise in Commercial Printing, Offset Printing, Packaging Printing, or related printing processes
- Demonstrated leadership experience in handling production teams and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong understanding of production planning, process controls, and manufacturing efficiency
- Excellent analytical, planning, decision-making, and people management skills
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational transformation
- Must be available for Face-to-Face Interview in Greater Noida
