Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the batching plant to produce concrete as per mix designs and customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of materials like cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
- Monitor and control plant parameters for quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to maintain concrete quality standards.
- Maintain records of daily production, consumption of raw materials, and dispatches.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical/electrical issues and coordinate with maintenance staff for major repairs.
- Ensure proper stock management of raw materials and timely requisition for replenishment.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support dispatch team in scheduling and delivery coordination.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in operating RMC batching plants.
- Knowledge of computerized batching systems and plant automation.
- Understanding of concrete mix designs and material handling
