About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Relationship Executive to engage with prospective homebuyers, conduct project visits, and support them throughout the property purchase journey.
The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face interactions, enjoys building relationships, and can effectively guide customers through decision-making and purchase processes. This role combines field sales, customer engagement, and relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Site Visits
- Meet prospective customers and accompany them on project visits.
- Present project highlights, location benefits, pricing options, and available inventory.
- Address customer queries and provide relevant information to support informed decisions.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions.
Sales Support & Conversion
- Assist customers in evaluating suitable property options.
- Support discussions related to pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth sales closures.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested buyers.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Encourage customer referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting
- Record customer interactions, site visits, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports as required.
Market Awareness
- Stay informed about local real estate developments and customer buying trends.
- Gather competitor insights and share relevant feedback with management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month
