EUC L1 Engineer
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Salary: ₹20,000/month (Fixed)
Job Summary
WinTech Solutions is hiring an EUC L1 Engineer to provide end-user IT support. Candidates should have experience in desktop support, Windows troubleshooting, and SCCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and hardware/software issues.
- Deploy software and updates using SCCM.
- Basic Active Directory user administration.
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues.
- Manage support tickets and escalate issues to L2 when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.
- SCCM experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
- Good communication skills.
Working Days: Monday–Friday
