Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketplace accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Create and optimize product listings and catalogue.
- Plan promotions, pricing, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate inventory and order fulfilment.
- Monitor sales, advertising performance, and account health.
- Prepare business reports and recommend growth strategies.
- Liaise with marketplace account managers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce account management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and e-commerce analytics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
