Over the years, the company has evolved from a traditional content publisher into a broader media ecosystem that includes editorial coverage, creator-led IPs, newsletters, branded storytelling, and fan-engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design and create graphics, visuals, and other promotional materials that are in line with our brand guidelines and content strategy
- Develop and implement creative concepts that align with our editorial policies and target audience
- Ensure that all graphics and visuals adhere to best practices, and are optimized for various digital platforms
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to implement the latest features and styles
- Work with other designers to ensure a consistent style and quality across all graphics and visuals
- Monitor graphic and visual performance and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic designing
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Ability to create a brand recall using visuals
- Understanding of design optimization for various digital platforms and best practices
- Strong creativity, and a keen eye for detail, visual composition, and aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about showing others how to do something new
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Excited to join a lean team in a big company that moves quickly
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
