Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager/ Sales & Marketing Executive/ Manager to spearhead our growth across Andhra Pradesh State Government departments and the Enterprise segment in and around Vijayawada.
Responsibility:
You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with the existing clients while aggressively identifying and converting new business opportunities through strategic outreach. By collaborating closely with our internal technical and presales teams, you will translate complex customer requirements into winning IT product and service solutions. Success in this role requires a disciplined approach to the sales lifecycle, including consistent follow-ups, daily reporting, and meeting weekly performance benchmarks.
Key requirements:
✔Proven Track Record: 3+ years in IT Infrastructure sales with a history of acquiring and retaining high-value accounts.
✔Public Sector Savvy: Deep understanding of the AP State Government procurement landscape, including hands-on experience with GeM, eProcurement, and tender submissions.
✔Solution Selling: Ability to consultatively discuss IT products (Servers, Networking, Security) and coordinate technical proposals.
✔Relationship Management: Exceptional networking skills to engage with CXOs and Department Heads.
✔Operational Discipline: Highly organized with a commitment to daily CRM reporting, weekly reviews, and consistent lead follow-ups.
✔Field-First Mindset: A proactive 'feet-on-the-street' professional who thrives on daily in-person customer interactions to manage ongoing projects, drive brand visibility, and uncover new market opportunities across the region.
