Job Purpose
GK & Sons Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Executive to manage the complete maintenance of our warehouse, office infrastructure, electrical systems, and all facility-related assets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and effective coordination with service vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
- Maintain electrical panels, wiring, lighting systems, switches, and power distribution.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate repairs.
Warehouse & Infrastructure Maintenance
- Maintain warehouse racks, shutters, flooring, docks, gates, and storage infrastructure.
- Ensure all warehouse facilities remain safe and operational.
Building & Facility Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance of office buildings, washrooms, plumbing, furniture, doors, windows, and civil works.
- Coordinate painting, masonry, and general repair activities.
Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure timely servicing of DG sets, UPS, air conditioners, water pumps, compressors, and other utilities.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, civil contractors, and maintenance vendors.
- Ensure quality work within approved timelines and budgets.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
- Monitor fire safety equipment, emergency lighting, and housekeeping.
Documentation
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, AMC details, and breakdown reports.
- Track inventory of maintenance tools and consumables.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or any relevant technical field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, facility, or industrial maintenance.
- Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of civil, plumbing, and warehouse infrastructure maintenance.
- Preventive maintenance planning.
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
