Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to support and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and day-to-day platform support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Assist in platform configuration and customization
- Create reports, dashboards, and catalog items
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Handle support tickets and resolve user queries
- Coordinate with developers and business users
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of ServiceNow experience
- Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Java, and MySQL
- Ability to analyze and resolve tickets and technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Telecom domain experience is preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
