Key Responsibilities
Packaging Design
- Design tea packets, labels, cartons, corrugated boxes, stickers, and product packaging.
- Prepare print-ready artwork files for production.
- Ensure packaging designs comply with FSSAI and legal labeling requirements.
- Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors for artwork approval and printing.
Branding & Marketing
- Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns and product launches.
- Design brochures, leaflets, catalogues, posters, banners, standees, danglers, and promotional materials.
- Support trade marketing and distributor promotional activities.
Digital Marketing
- Create social media posts, website banners, emailers, and online advertisements.
- Design creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Develop visual content to support e-commerce platforms and online sales.
Corporate Communication
- Design company presentations, reports, newsletters, certificates, and internal communication materials.
- Support HR and administration departments with design requirements.
Photography & Content Support
- Coordinate product photography and image editing.
- Create mock-ups and product visualization concepts.
- Assist in basic video editing and motion graphics when required.
Vendor Management
- Liaise with advertising agencies, printers, photographers, and packaging suppliers.
- Monitor print quality and color consistency.
- Ensure timely completion of design projects.
Design and develop all branding, advertising, marketing, promotional, and corporate communication materials, including but not limited to print ads, hoardings, stationery, packaging, digital creatives, and other design requirements as and when needed.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
