The role involves managing recruitment, employee coordination, maintaining HR records, handling documentation, and supporting daily office operations. The candidate should also be comfortable with internet research, candidate sourcing, and preparing reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
