Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated IT Sales & Support Executive to join our team. The role focuses on selling our proprietary CRM software to businesses (B2B) and individual clients (B2C), while also promoting our IT services. Sales will be driven primarily through calls, lead follow-ups, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive CRM software sales to companies and individual clients.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads to convert prospects into clients.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions using our in-house CRM.
- Provide basic IT support and guidance to clients regarding services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain client records.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales/Support or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with proprietary systems is a plus).
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and follow-ups.
