Responsibilities:
New Product Development:
- Collaborate with the R&D department to develop new products based on client briefs and market trends.
- Ensure alignment of product development with client specifications and quality standards.
Lead Management and Conversion:
- Effectively manage leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through lead generation activities.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical service and support throughout the product development process, understanding and assessing customer briefs.
- Troubleshoot and optimize product formulations to meet client requirements.
Presentation and Brief Sharing:
- Participate in product and project development briefings and presentations, contributing technical expertise.
- Assist in organizing consumer testing activities to gather feedback and insights.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct regular visits or virtual meetings with consumers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Prepare necessary documentation for vendor registrations and certifications required by clients.
Technical Training:
- Deliver technical know-how to clients and internal team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop training modules and conduct sessions for fellow teammates as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the business development manager or executive to foster teamwork and synergy within the customer application team.
- Initiate discussions and action plans for facility expansions or creations based on market demand and customer requirements.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with multiple customers, representing the company's values and offerings in the market.
- Act as a company representative, earning trust and respect among clients.
Pay: ₹9,238.77 - ₹38,564.21 per month
