About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and managing candidate relationships.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and attract high-quality talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct reference and background checks where required.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
