Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordination Executive to support project coordination and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage project data, quotations, and client coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and list new construction projects.
- Conduct telecalling to follow up with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and project-related documents.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and the sales team.
- Track project progress and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Update project records, customer information, and reports in MS Excel.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, business development, or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction materials or the granite and marble industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
