The Role
We're looking for someone who loves jewelry, has a strong eye for design, and understands what customers in the American market are looking for. You'll work closely with our team to create new collections, develop original designs, and help bring ideas from concept to finished product.
This is an in-person position based in Ahmedabad and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in the creative process and help shape the future of a growing brand.
What You'll Do
- Design original jewelry pieces including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and pendants.
- Research trends in the U.S. jewelry market and help develop collections that appeal to American customers.
- Create sketches, CAD designs, and detailed specifications for production.
- Work closely with manufacturers and production teams to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.
- Review samples and make improvements before final production.
- Contribute ideas for new collections, seasonal launches, and custom projects.
- Stay up to date with jewelry trends, gemstones, materials, and design innovations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in jewelry design and CAD design.
- Proficiency in Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and gemstone settings.
- A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to take an idea and turn it into a beautiful, wearable piece of jewelry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience designing jewelry for international or U.S. brands.
- Knowledge of fine jewelry, bridal jewelry, and lab-grown diamond trends.
- Experience working directly with manufacturers and sample development.
